Your First Appointment

Your first visit usually takes about two hours. You'll spend most of that time talking with your hygienist and Dr. Chong, since getting to know you comes first. Expect a full exam along with X-rays so we can get a clear picture of your oral health. From there, our team will walk you through any findings and help you build a treatment plan that fits your goals and your schedule.

Complete Your Forms Before You Arrive

Filling out your paperwork ahead of time helps your visit start on time and move quickly. Download your new patient forms and fill them out from home on your own schedule. Along with the forms, bring a photo ID and your insurance card so the front desk can get your information squared away before you're called back.

Using Your Dental Insurance

Most dental insurance plans are welcome here, including Delta Dental and many other major providers. Our staff will file your claims for you and help you understand your coverage so you know what to expect before any work begins. If you're not sure what your plan covers, give us a call and we can look into it together.

Paying for Care Without Insurance

If you don't have dental insurance, or you'd rather spread out the cost of treatment, third-party financing through CareCredit or Proceed Finance can help. These plans offer flexible payment timelines with low or no interest, and signing up only takes a few minutes online. You can also enroll in our membership club to save money on your care. It covers preventive treatment and offers discounts on other services.
